1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any program, membership, course, training, community, template, resource, or service offered by The Virtual Career Co., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase or access our products or services.

2. Services Provided

The Virtual Career Co. provides educational and informational resources, including but not limited to:

3. Membership and Course Access

The Virtual Career Co. may offer:

Access is granted only to the individual purchaser and may not be shared, transferred, sublicensed, sold, or distributed.

4. Grandfathered Membership Pricing

Members who join during a promotional or grandfathered pricing period will retain their membership rate for as long as their membership remains active and uninterrupted.

If a membership is cancelled, expires, or otherwise lapses for any reason, the grandfathered pricing is forfeited. Any future re-enrollment will be at the membership pricing in effect at that time.

Grandfathered pricing is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

5. Membership Recommendation

While there is no minimum membership commitment, we recommend remaining a member for at least three (3) months to allow adequate time to complete the foundational training, implement the course material, and begin building your virtual assistant business.

6. Cancellation Policy

Monthly membership subscribers may cancel their membership at any time by providing at least fourteen (14) days' written notice by email to thevirtualcareerco@gmail.com prior to their next billing date.

Cancellation requests received less than fourteen (14) days before the next scheduled billing date may be processed for the following billing cycle.

Cancellation will stop future recurring charges only.

No refunds, exchanges, credits, transfers, or prorated amounts will be issued for payments already made.

Access to membership content will remain available until the end of the current paid billing period.

7. Membership Plans & Billing

The Virtual Career Co. offers monthly and annual membership options.

Monthly memberships are billed monthly. Annual memberships are billed in full once per year.

Members may upgrade from a monthly membership to an annual membership at any time by purchasing an annual membership. Payments previously made toward a monthly membership cannot be transferred, credited, or applied toward the purchase of an annual membership.

Memberships automatically renew at the applicable monthly or annual rate unless canceled before the next renewal date. Renewal pricing will be the then-current membership rate in effect at the time of renewal.

By purchasing a monthly or annual membership, you authorize automatic recurring billing until your membership is cancelled in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Members who qualify for a grandfathered membership rate will retain that rate for as long as their membership remains active and uninterrupted. If a membership is cancelled or lapses, the grandfathered rate is forfeited and any future re-enrollment will be at the current membership price.

Membership fees are subject to change at any time. Any pricing changes will apply to future billing periods only. Members with grandfathered pricing will continue to pay their grandfathered rate for as long as their membership remains active and uninterrupted.

8. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, services, templates, training materials, and downloadable resources, all sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, transfers, credits, or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, videos, templates, scripts, downloads, workbooks, graphics, branding, training materials, and resources are the exclusive property of The Virtual Career Co.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal business use only.

You may not:

10. Community Conduct

Members are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct within the Circle community and any associated communication channels.

Harassment, abusive behavior, discrimination, solicitation, spam, or disruptive conduct may result in immediate removal without refund.

We reserve the right to remove any member at our sole discretion if their conduct negatively impacts the community.

11. Support and Communication

Community support is provided inside the Circle platform only.

Support hours are:

9:00 AM – 3:00 PM CST

Response times may vary based on volume, holidays, vacations, and unforeseen circumstances. We aim to respond within a 24 hour time frame.

Support is not available on weekends or statutory holidays.

12. No Guarantees and Earnings Disclaimer

The Virtual Career Co. makes no guarantees regarding earnings, income, business success, client acquisition, career advancement, employment opportunities, or any other results.

Individual results vary significantly and depend on factors including effort, experience, skill level, market conditions, implementation, consistency, and personal circumstances.

Any examples, testimonials, case studies, or income references are provided for illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future results.

13. Member Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

Termination due to violation of these Terms will not result in any refund.

18. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Manitoba, Canada.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manitoba, Canada.
